Las Vegas Stagehand Classes was established in 2016 with one mission: to bring  real, high quality Stagehand and Audio Visual Training to the Las Vegas area. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to create the Audio Visual Club, and it continues to drive us each day. We pride ourselves on our excellent networking, and have developed great relationships with long-standing clients because of it. We keep you informed of upcoming employment and up to date training. What you will learn
With  no experience necesary all member will learn the fundamentals of being a good Stagehand and an Audio Visual Tech specializing in Breakout Rooms.
As a Stagehand you will be taught to become efficient with the clovehitch and bowline knots. You will learn to wrap cable over and under.  You will learn to identify cables such as L620, Socapex, VGA, HDMI and more.  You will be given an online course which involves 90 flashcards and a summary of what a Stagehand does on the job.  As an Audio Visual Tech you will be hands on.  A lot of building and tearing down Audio Visual Equipment. You will be taught how to set up screens, audio mixers, wireless systems, projectors, DA's and switchers... the training necessary to set up and operate Convention/Conference breakout rooms.
